Our client owned an end of terrace house and garden. The house sits at the end of this row of houses and is on a narrow plot just 4m wide. 

The house is finished in lime plaster which is coloured using iron oxide, a colour inspired through an analysis of the local character. The house uses materials that are low in embodied energy. We also developed an energy strategy to ensure that it exceeds Part L of the building regulations.
